Arguably, the appointment of Head Coach Doug Pederson has been the only conservative move by the Philadelphia Eagles front office this off season. Following on from the fast-paced, brash Chip Kelly, Pederson feels like a safe pair of hands to steer the Philadelphia Eagles organisation in the coming years.
